  • Seller-supplied screenshots and supporting materials
  • Basic listing completeness and consistency checks
  • Whether the seller has provided enough information for an informed first conversation

What verification does not mean

  • It is not a guarantee of future revenue, profit, or traffic
  • It is not a substitute for buyer due diligence
  • It does not replace independent escrow, transfer, legal, or accounting review

Buyer best practices

  • Request live proof and supporting screenshots directly from the seller
  • Validate domain ownership, analytics access, and monetization sources before sending funds
  • Use a trusted closing workflow with escrow whenever appropriate
